About this notice
This notice describes the current Maqboola General Trading L.L.C. website and its enquiry-draft tools. It does not describe the separate handling of information in an agreed commercial transaction.
Enquiry details stay in your browser
The enquiry tool lets you enter contact and business details, review them and download a text draft. It does not send those details to Maqboola or save them to a website database. A downloaded draft remains on your device until you delete it. Your browser may retain entries through its own autofill or session features.
When you browse
The hosting service receives the technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address and browser request. Its operational logging and retention are managed by the hosting provider. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the associated network request. No advertising trackers are used. With the visitor's consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregated site usage; see the Cookie Policy for details.
Your choices
You can browse without entering enquiry details, clear form fields, delete downloaded drafts and manage browser history, autofill and site data in your browser settings. Do not include bank details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in an enquiry draft.
Privacy enquiries
A dedicated, verified privacy contact has not yet been published on this website. The enquiry-draft tool does not deliver privacy requests. If you already have an established Maqboola business contact, use that channel for questions about information shared directly with the company. This notice will be updated when an online submission service or verified privacy channel is introduced.
